I have one of those Minn Kota kicker handle extensions, it is ok but the joint on the bottom is to flexible, plus the knob hits the engine cowling and is scratching it. I have notices in some of the walleye shows they use what appears to be a plastic bat? How does that work out?

Kirt, try a piece of PVC pipe. Not sure how it is done but I want to make one myself. Maybe if anybody out there has some pics, they can post them.

I took a short minnkota handle thats about 2' and pounded it on my 9.9 kicker motor handle and tightened down. Then i took a solid rubber ball and bored out the inside and glued it to the handle works great and doesnt scratch your boat
