| The Illinois Walleye Trail will be completing its 2009 season on Sat.6/13 and Sun 6/14/2009 in Spring Valley Illinois. These are both single day tournaments. The Illinois Walleye Trail is a team format circuit with no membership requirements. The Tournament on Sunday will be the State Championship but anyone is eligible to fish. This Tournament is also a double point event for the Angler's of the Year award. Tournament entry fee is 200.00 a tournament with an optional 10.00 big fish pot. The tournament will pay back 80% to 20% of the field except the big fish is 100% payback. Lund owners also quailfy for the Grassroots Lund Bonus money. ($500.00 each day to the highest finishing Lund Owner) The Illinois Walleye Trail is a qualifing circuit for the Cabelas National Championship and the new AIM tournament series.
