Picked up a 15HP Evinrude that was manufactured in 1992.
Can anyone verify the oil to gas ratio mix?
Should it be 50 to 1 or 100 to 1?

Thanks for your help.

Yep, 50/1. I'd run 6-8 ozs of Seafoam with each tank too.

I had a '91 Evinrude 15HP as a kicker for about 10 years, and guessing they are almost the same, you will want to keep an extra set of plugs handy as it had a tendency to foul plugs from trolling. I used it on Lake Michigan on trips that averaged about 10 hours at a time. Another thing to watch is the fuel lines. The ethanol in the gas absolutely rotted them out from the inside. One time the motor just ran for a bit and quit. Then you could start it and it would run for a bit and die. Turned out to be a piece of the fuel hose broken off and it was covering up the gas inlet nipple like a valve when there was flow. Otherwise it was a really strong motor.
