Seven pounds separates first place local Tom Hoinacki and tenth place Bobby Crow going out this morning on day four of the final FLW regular season event of the year. Mr. Hoinacki felt very confident his bite was going to go just like it has the last three days.

Brad Davis had a great day yesterday and has been one of few that has continued to improve; yesterday was no exception. Bringing 15 pounds, 15 ounces to the scales yesterday shot him from eleventh place to second place, leaving him only two pounds behind Hoinacki.

Mille Lacs guide Kevin McQuoid has been another one of few that has continued to improve his catch every day. Coming to the scales with his best weight of the tournament yesterday with 14 pounds, 9 ounces, he is currently three pounds behind the leader, just one good fish on Winnebago.

Chris Gilman expressed relief that he reached a major personal goal taking the 2009 FLW Land O'Lakes Angler of the Year yesterday, and he said today he was just going out fishing.

Lake Winnebago brought many challenges to the anglers fishing the fourth and final FLW regular season event; with four days of competition came as many different leaders. Mille Lacs guide Kevin McQuoid came from third place and a three pound deficit to knock local Tom Hoinacki from the top spot. Kevin weighed in with 13 pounds, 11 ounces, giving him a total weight of 50 pounds, 5 ounces to claim his second FLW win. Kevin takes home $70,667 with contingency money for the win.

Tom Hoinacki who has intimate knowledge of the Winnebago system; fishing it his entire life just couldn't stay consistent weighing 9 pounds, 5 ounces, giving him a total weight of 48 pounds, 15 ounces. Mr. Hoinacki will take home $14, 133 for his efforts.

Rick Olson finished with his 41st top ten finish, weighing in the heaviest bag on day four with 13 pounds, 13 ounces, giving him a total weight of 48 pounds, 7 ounces and a third place finish. Rick takes home $14,486 with contingency money.

Round out the top ten are as followed:

4th place-Brad Davis-47 pounds, 13 ounces
5th place-Chris Gilman-47 pounds, 3 ounces
6th place-Jimmy Hughes-45 pounds, 12 ounces
7th place-Robert Crow-43 pounds, 7 ounces
8th place-Brian Deffner-42 pounds, 13 ounces
9th place-Pat Neu-42 pounds, 3 ounces
10th place-Bill Shimota-39 pounds

Congratulations to Chris Gilman on his 2009 FLW Land'O Lakes Angler of the Year and Brian Deffner on his 8th place finish, earning him $1400 from the Toyota Trucks Walleye Reward Program.
