Subject: Navionics chip?

Anyone know how to contact a representive of Navionics who can solve, or explain? why the premium chip for lake Vermillion MN, has uncharted ares of the lake. I have been unable to get any response, I have called the company direct, talked to a sales represenitve ay the MN Sportsmans show, and contacted the company by E-mail. No one seems to be able help. I paid a lot of money to buy the chip and it does not have information on the very areas where I fish. Very dissapointed here!

It may not be a issue with the chip but the settings in your unit. hit menu Scroll down to map data hit enter scroll down to map choice hit enter then select the right file for the lake your looking for. Some units will just have Navioncs as a choice you may have to go thru the list and pick each one until you find the one you are looking for make sure you hit enter after highlighting the chip file then exit to see the map. this is for Lowrance units if you have a hummingbird ......sorry I am no help to you, I dont use, own, or know any thing about them.
