What will the boundaries be on this? Is the bay open all the way from the river to BDN and anywhere in between?

As long as weather permits the entire Bay will be open to fishing. Any place on the Bay that can be reached from Menominee Marina by water. This includes all Wisconsin and Michigan waters.
