What lb test do you guys use for trolling on Green Bay? Heading to the upper bay next week but I'm not sure if my 12lb test mono that I use on Winnebago will be strong enough. I have fished up there before but it was never with my equipment do I didn't really notice the line. Thanks!

12 pound for the bay is fine

I generally use 10 lb XT or 12 lb Big Game, as they are the same diameter. I've had one walleye break me off in 10 years up there that I can recall. 12 lb is perfect....and good luck!!

I run nothing but 14lb XT. I also fish nothing other then the bay.

12lb should be fine.
