Team Rick Bryson and Galen Bremmer win the MMWS fourth and final event on Mississippi Pools 6&7 out of Trempealeau, WI with and impressive 21.08#s in a four fish limit. Rick and Galen locked up river and fished predominately Pool 6 wingdams with jig/plastic combinations and lindy rigged willocats to scrounge out a solid limit netting them $650. Team Robert Thill and Eric Litshiem fishing Pool 7 wrapped up a solid second place finish with 13.08#s, earning them $330 and Big Fish honors of $280 (8.10#s) netting them a respectable $610 to take home. All contestants were blessed with a beautiful September day and stable river conditions. A special thanks to the communitiy and businesses of Trempealeau for all their warmth and hospitality during our final event for the 2010 season.

MMWS Director and staff would like to thank all of the teams who competed in our inagural year for MMWS and promise 2011 to be an even bigger and better year for all our teams who complete. We hope to gain more respective teams and stay tuned into this Mississippi River Forum for more information as the schedule will be released here very soon.
