Dennis your ok driving over them but I wouldn't attempt to troll through them unless you would like to donate all of your tackle, just witnessed a guy do it this weekend up by door county, as far as I could tell he lost every lure he had out.

As the link suggests, I DO NOT drive or troll between trap net buoys because props ands gear can easily snag net lines. I try to give a wide berth when passing the net buoys. I have heard too many horror stories from fellow tournament fishermern who have had their props stuck in the lines. Many carry cable cutters or sharp knives to cut the rope if they become stuck. I have talked to people who entered the water to do this although the link does not advise this.

When you hit one at 50 MPH at 2 am in the morning... everything in the back of the boat ends up in the front of the boat!

I don't think those are trap nets in Big Bay and I think a person could run out of icons marking all of them.

I just read recently where on GBay thet don't net from May til Sept. 6. This would be why I never marked anything between them?! Also read where, thats how the guy was killed near Sheboygan, their boat capsized! We've trolled gear thru the old stakes on Bay De noc w/o too much trouble maybe lost a couple cranks. You know the ones that look just like Christmas trees at night!!! THanks- Dennis
