Location: Rhinelander | In the upper Mid West, it's going to be unbelievably nasty. Don't even think of heading out on any big water...we are talking a low with as low as 958 millibars coupled with tight isobars; this will be dangerous wind storm.
The Edmond Fitzgerald storm was 980.

Location: Neenah, WI | You aint lyin'. It's 6AM and it sounds nasty out there. Now I turned on the yard lights and the rain is horizontal. We'll be losing trees and power lines today. |

| I was suppose to go work on top of a 5 story bldg yesterday, that lasted about an hour, the rain and wind changed my mind. Steve, if you see my garbage can let me know!!!

And my buddy who operates the Tow Boats U.S. service on Saginaw Bay found himself and both his 25 footers needing tows yesterday. Not in, but out.  Our winds here were blowing off shore versus in.

We lost power for a couple days and I was off the grid entirely. Was interesting, to say the least. |
