I speared him with one tine through the gill plate and out the mouth. Not a traditional spot to hit 'em, but you don't waste any meat that way. haha A little bit of luck goes a long ways sometimes, I'll take it. I will say, I do have a lot of confidence in my spears. I thought about hitting him again with the 2nd one, but decided to feed him some rope and tire 'em out instead.
