Mark your calendars for the 4th Annual Battle on Bago beginning Friday February 25th for the worlds largest fish fry on ice and ending on Saturday February 26th with the ice fishing tournament on Lake Winnebago.We already have over $75,000 in cash and prizes for this years event including: Tickets can be bought online at http://www.fleetfarm.com/catalog/pro...go-2011-ticket and are discounted at all Wiscsonsin Mills Fleet Farms until January 31st for $25/ticket versus face value of $30. A person can weigh one fish per ticket purchased with most fisherman purchasing 2 to 3.

Location: Freedom, WI | The Battle should be a good time this year as long as everyone uses their heads and stays safe out there! This snow has covered up all of the problem areas, which makes it extremely dangerous right now. I would assume that the fishing clubs will once again plow roads, I guess we will see. As far as the fishing, got into pretty good for a change this weekend, found some nice Perch and also a few Walleyes and Whitebass off the river mouth, Pimples did the damage.
