My speed controller/module is not working and I found one on Ebay. The ad says its for an MK EM 55 but it also says the controller module is 24 and 36v. Is this true? I don't want to waste cash on something that doesn't work.

Jerry, if i were you i would call anchor marine in appelton and ask them. they should also know any common problems / fixes
They are very helpful, friendly, and provide good minn kota service, (its just really expensive to have them worked on there) but they will help u out over the phone.

Jerry did you by the unit used? I had a problem with mine one time but it was under warranty so it was fixed with no problem.
