Location: Waukesha Wisconsin | Yup,
It’s true. We have started a new Chapter in Milwaukee. Our Mission is to sustain a quality walleye fishery in a clean Milwaukee River system. We’re dedicated to the preservation of our walleye fishery for future generations to enjoy. Walleyes for Tomorrow is a non-profit organization where 100% of ALL proceeds go toward the conservation projects. We will be working cooperatively with the Department of Natural Resources to identify projects that will have the greatest impact on improving the Milwaukee River basin walleye fishery.
We will also be working cooperatively with the Friends of the Milwaukee’s Rivers and the local Boy Scouts to identify projects that will have the greatest impact on improving the water quality of the Milwaukee River basin.
Our next public meeting will on January 6th. Location to still be determined.
If you would like additional information, you can contact Gene Schmidt, chairman for the Milwaukee chapter at 414-425-4132, [email protected]
You can also contact me at [email protected]
I have agreed to be their Publicity Director
PS.
Mark your calendars for April 1st, we will be having our first chapter banquet at Serb Hall on 51st and Oklahoma. This will be an extremely fun and rewarding night of activities where everyone attending will win something.
