Well it's that time again for the tears to start flowing. Battery maintenance complete, boat emptied and cleaned, lower unit oil changed, all gear put in basement for winter fixins. I hate this time of year! Come on Spring!

I got the blues as well bud. Hoping for AIM and FLW to put out their schedules soon so I have something to keep me occupied.

I have not totally gone to the dark side yet. All Tour level stuff will still be walleyes. I ain't got what it takes right now to do anything too serious with bass.

I took it down last week. winterized and shrinkwrapped. actually got lucky this nov and snuck out alot after work. was a tough year for me. too much work not enough fishin' and when I did get out, I was beat from work. got a big to get list, finish setting up the boat for trolling. Can't wait till next year.

Winterize?? Fishing is just starting to get good. Jigs and minnows, nothing fancy. Fish are actually biting better when it is colder. Still was good to be out on the river today.

Bob, I keep the 1700 ready all year round if you want to get out. Walleyes are biting pretty good yet here.

tell ya what steve, A 170T would be reall handy... wouldn't even need a outboard, could go all electric...
It is not a fun ride to work when the bank says 50 degrees and the river looks great...
next year gotta rethink how and where the whole winterizing deal goes...
