What shows are you attending this winter? What one do you rate as the best in your area?

WalleyeFIRST will be at the Walleye Expo in Shakopee this winter, and may attend a few others!

I'll be working the Milwaukee sports show and the milwaukee boat show for my marina sponsor/lund. (that's 17 days there I think)

I always attend the Muskie Expo.

I'll be at the show at the bradley center in Milwaukee for Walleyes for Tomorrow.

More than willing to help man a booth for WF if you ever need company.

Steve and Ralph,

If I'm on track, last year that Walleye Expo at State Fair park was changed to be multi-species and was moved to downtown. It's still a good show but just wanted to clarify.

My understanding is that the musky expo remains at State Fair park.

The boat show at State Fair park is also becoming more than just a boat show. Numerous fishing booths around the floor. Doc was there last year and I think he is returning. You may want to touch base with him on how good of a show this is.

In chicago the options are reduced. The Arlington Show was my favorite. It sold out to the long standing, and very dull, OHare Show. And since it has new plans for this coming year, Jan 14-18, I am hopeful it will be a great show, as it once was.

The Muskie Show at Harper College is also a good one.

Hiya Sunshine!

Yup, the expo was downtown, I was right across the isle from you, remember?? LOL!!

The Fair Park boat show has taken a turn for the better in the new facility too.

I took the liberty of posting the following shows on the WalleyeFIRST Calendar:

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Sports Show
Milwaukee Muskie Expo
Wisconsin Sportfishing Expo

Milwaukee Sports Show had over 150,00 people attend over a ten day period last year. I'd say having an average of 15,000 people walk through the door each day made this the largest show.
