The WAT is a fantastic circuit if you are a Mississippi River guy (there's alot of great water outside of Red Wing). The entry fee doesn't bother me. Low, high, whatever, I don't fish it for payback, I fish it for fun and competition on my home waters. Can't say I'm looking forward to the first tournament, but what the heck 4 out of 5 five isn't bad!

Gota agree with you on the first tourney, and about the entry fees it is fun to compete on local waters and all the people that I have met are a great bunch.

I will also fish all the WAT this year. The entry fees are not really that bad. There are only 4 tourneys this year and I`m glad they are all on the mississippi river. The IL river is getting beat up way too much with tourneys in the spring, usally 2 per weekend 100+ boats every weekend is takeing its toll.Bellevue in the spring is a pretty good fishery, there are alot of nice fish in there. PLUS it closer for me!!!!!! LOL!!! Looking foward to another great season. John Mannerino

The WAT looks interesting. What is their URL so I can find more info? Also, with BOTH the MWC and now RCL on the Illinois this spring, plus all the other tourney's, it will really have lots of pressure, far more than normal. Thanks WM

John thanks and I'll catch up to you soon. I will be at the company Holiday Party, and so I unfortunately will not be at the final Prairieland for this season. WM

I don't have a boat right now! Its getting new carpeting and a million dollar buff job.

Larry, if you know anyone with a boat, but no partner, tell them you know someone who'll tag along.
