As we rolled out on the ice Sunday morning the temp. read -17. It was kinda cold out but the wind wasn't present. We ended up with 7 fish, a 19 and the rest were 26 to 30 inches. All were caught on No.7 jigging raps in a variety of colors. It was a great day on the water!

I can't post where I was, then I won't have the spot to myself again. I put too much time into that ice bite to give out the location. I thought it would be nice for people to know the fish are biting a little.

Was it at least on Winnebago, some have reported good walleye action on here in the past and turned out to be another lake they were fishing. If so was it out in the Mud? 28 miles of long and 12 at its widest, lot of water out there.

Sorry guys, I thought I wrote that it was at LBdN. I spend most of my time there in winter, I just reported my day of fishing and forgot to say where. I don't know of any other place you can go and catch 5 over 26 inches in a day. How are things on Bago? I'd like to get out there now that the ice is better. The last time I was there, 1-1-4, I almost perished and haven't been back since.

My son is headed up to Little Bay this weekend, or the area at least. Any advice to get him close to target? No secrets, just general areas he might hit and do OK.
Thanks!
