Member Posts: 376 Location: Menominee MI, In Da UP Eh? | Personally, my destination is the Milwauke Sport Show at State Fair Park. It is time to go and help out one of my sponsors, Lowrance and Eagle. Saturday and Sunday from show open to mid afternoon you can find me in the booth. If you are going to be there, stop in and say hi? I'd love to meet a few Walleye First friends and catch up with some old acquaintances.... So where are you going to be or what are you going to be doing? Edited by Nofish 3/12/2004 8:03 AM

Member Posts: 3899 | After I go fix the Mom-in-Law's 'puter tonight, I'm heading up to meet Jason Smith, and we're heading to Red Wing in the morning. Ralph, sorry I won't get to the Sport Show this weekend. Would have liked to stop and meet you. Will be there during the week, and will stop and see Sunshine at the Main Marine display.

![]() Member Posts: 2680 Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | Just got back from a 17 mile trip to look at the Tittabawassee River. If you recall from the pictures I posted last Friday, the water was very, very high and at flood stage. Well today it's about 1 1/2 feet over the top of the ramp and running fairly clear, so I made a few calls and will probably be on the Tittabawassee catching some pre-spawn walleyes tomorrow (and maybe Sunday/Monday as well if I get all the call-backs). Member Posts: 39 Location: NE/IL | I'll be in the garage adding some new toys to the boat. Few more Ram rod holders(like I needed a few more). Also have wiring to check and line to remove and respool. Figure I'll get all the digital pictures of all the tackle taken and get that filed with insurance and I'll be ready for the season. Next I'll be shopping for a new truck. Been considering both the Ford and Chevy diesels in a 3/4 ton crew cab 4X4. Just can't find one of either equipped the way I want it around here. Oh well maybe it will just rain and be nasty here so I'll play in the garage and watch the race.

Member Posts: 47 Location: El Paso, Illinois 61738 | eyeman, I bought the 2500 chevy with the duramax and allison late last year. Awesome pulling rig. Our tournament trailer scales out about 8500 pounds and I really don't challenge the Duramax with it. I have a 690 Ranger and don't even know its on there. Fuel is good pulling boat or trailer 15/16 and the best I have got not towing was 20. I am pleased and would probaly get better fuel if I keep my foot out of it. Good Luck i'm sure either will do good. Bob

Member Posts: 188 Location: Westland, Mich. | i'm leaving for compuware sports arena in an hour to watch the high school hockey finals. div. 1; detroit cathlic central vs marquette, div. 2; trenton vs muskegon mona-shores, div. 3; cranbrook-kingswood vs gaylord. the favorites are: cc, trenton and c-k. cc has won the last 5 championships, nuff said. i'm sure most of you guys will recognize the city of trenton, a small community of 10,000 on the detroit river that has the most successful hockey program in Michigan history. and c-k, a small private boarding school in the high rent district north of detroit. all three of these schools regularly compete heads-up with schools like culver military academy(in), new trier(il) and gilmour academy(oh). As for fishing, I’ll be on the water by the end of next week.

Member Posts: 39 Location: NE/IL | I figure either will be more than adequate. I'll be pulling a 2025 ProV IFS with all the toys on it. Wife would like a slide in camper too so I think we'll be good either way. I think what it's going to boil down to is who'll give me the best deal around here. Just hard to find a dealer with a diesel in stock equipped the way I want it. Most likely have to order it. Decisions decisions.....
