Rumors are that Winnebago is about 90% ice free and that Poygan and Winneconne are ice free. No word on Butte des Mortes. Can anyone confirm this?

Tried to get across Poygan to the river channel from winneconne on Monday and only made it about half way until there was too much ice to get through. I doubt conditions have changed too much since then.

I can't speak to Winneconne or Poygon, but Winnebago is open. Along the west shore from Oshkosh to the north end is 99%-100% open.
