I saw a guy this weekend doing some walleye fishing from a ladder stand just down from the dam at Nekoosa. I even have a witness. He had 3 rod holders mounted from his platform. First time I ever saw that and found it rather interesting. He was catching them too! I also saw 50 to 100 dead deer out there laying all over in the ditches. Saturday's wind made it difficult to fish.

Trap was he wearing camo? Dragging a scent line? And I wonder how you have to play the wind. I thoght about doing that once. I set up a bow stand on the edge of a trout creek and every morning I would see trout galore. I never heard of anyone actually doing it. Well you guys fishing the rcl league will have to talk to Sonny and see if he will let you treestand fish, lol.
