Member Posts: 226 Location: Oshkosh,WI | A huge upset this morning has got my cage rattled pretty bad. We are building a log home north of Appleton and had our work trailer broken into last night. 04/12. They took everything except out big miter box on wheels. Otherwise all the aprons, hammers, tape measures, even a box of green pensils that say TORBORGS on them. If you happen to see or here of anything regarding this please contact me at 920-810-4570. I know there are a lot of fisherman that are in the construction trade in this area. The power of the web can reach a lot of people real fast. Thanks for the help everyone. I surely did not need this setback. If I find these guys they will know next tiime not to mess with a bluegill....hahahah Troy

Member Posts: 3899 | Troy, man, that sucks. There is just no accounting for what someone will do to someone trying to make a decent living. I hope they are caught, and you get your stuff back. If anyone hears anything, get a hold of Troy, or the police. These people need to be punished.

Man oh Man.....I am going through the inventory right now and adding up the cost of these tools......OUCH! Only half way through and it exceeds 4,000.....I cant believe how much this stuff adds up. Believe me, If I find these guys before the cops do, there will be some explaining to do. But I will get my monnies worth! hahahaha The new high tech alarm system I put in today will definitley stop those guys next time. Everyone in the county will know what is going on if the alarms go off...My head has been pounding after testing the thing for a couple of seconds....VERY LOUD!!!!! Thanks guys ang gals for the heads up...Let me know if you get any info. Death Awaits Them! Troy

Hope you dont also get a raw deal from the insurance man too... (Hey, I have nothing personal against insurance men, but if you ever had one and a company treat me like I have been treated a few times...well, let's just say, here's hoping all works out for the best...)

Sorry to hear about your loss. Can sympathize with you. ![]() The world is filled with these losers and do support your effort to arm your trailer with this alarm. Also, some of that camera education you have could come in handy. When I installed a security system in my yard (with cameras), my merchandise stopped disappearing. Especially after it was a couple of employees that were caught red-handed. Edited by Rick Larson 4/14/2004 3:21 PM

They were excited to be done a full two days early from their picture taking and surveying chores along the river with the aide of my Jet Boat. And they were also basking in the great spring day we had on the river with warmer temps, no wind and sunshine. But when we came back upriver and returned to the ramp parking lot, thier car window was broke out and about $1,000 worth of equipment and one of the guys check book had been stolden. Mine and theirs were the only two vehicles in the whole 3 acre parking lot. Edited by walleye express 4/14/2004 1:53 PM
