For some anglers this is the second major tournament of the year. Coming from a tough bite on the Illinois River, most RCL anglers are not at all pleased with the tough bite on the Winnebago system. Two tournaments in a row with tough conditions will really take a toll on most anglers. For the PWT anglers, this is the season opener. Pleasant conditions during pre-fishing last week have been haulted by a massive cold front that has brought very high winds, rain, and below normal temperatures to the area. Tuesady moring, the anglers awoke to temperatures just at the freezing mark and winds blowing from the East at 10-20mph with gusts to 25. The lakes have been stirred up for almost 3 straight days and looks as though it will blow again on Wednesday with winds from the SouthWest at 15-25mph. While fishing out on Lake Winnebago today, it was almost impossible to see a jig below the surface of the water.

With these tough conditions, there is always someone that will find fish....Who will it be and how many can they find?

Check back here mid-day Wednesday - Friday for a mid-day report and then back at 3:00pm CST for Live Leader Board Coverage.

Videos and pictures from each day will also be available from the Front Page. or by clicking on the link below.

Good Luck To All The Anglers.
