I want to get a drift sock. I'm thinking about a Wave Tamer 40" dia. Is that a good size for a 14' starcraft? Any help is appriciated....Thanks

I recommend the Tournament Series model by Drift Control. I have used two of them on Lake Erie to slow my drift speed to barely above a crawl for fishing spinners. They can be found at www.driftcontrol.com.
