| Thanks Duck Slayer.....
I'm headed up on the 22nd of October for 10 straight days...... It usually takes me a day to figure out what crank bait and what color are the right combination.... Last year, it was Firetiger husky deep divers, and the year before it was Shad huskies.... between my fising partner and I, we own around 1000 different crank baits and as always... I have to hit Baitshore tackle to pickup a half dozen of what's ever supposed to be the hot color.... I still have 6 purple Prizms in my box that I have never caught a fish on from 6 years ago.
I can't wait to hit the water on the bay and watch the face of the new guests I bring with me every year when they land that first 10# + fish... it's priceless.
I might try Ganos on Friday if the wind is right... let you know how I do!
Thanks....

| Purple skeeter- we were given A tip from a very reliable source last year to use purple prizm, trailer park pink etc. We did great w/ approx. 20 eyes over 28" in 3 days! Good luck- Dennis |

Location: Menasha, Wis. | Fished the Bay on Saturday. Had made plans to go to Oconto or Green, but we decided to try the East again. Started at Two Mile but only got Sheepheads. Not as many fish marks as two weeks ago. When down to Vokes and then Vincents Point. Was pretty slow but did make some contact with smaller fish. There is a school of 16 - 20 inch fish there. Sure was a great day weatherwise.
Happy fishing to all |
