| Hello fellas!
I am swinging in from the musky board with a question, as I am not a huge walleye guy. Any help would be much appreciated.
My question is, for any of you that make, or know how some of the bigger mfgrs make bottom bouncers for trolling. Are the wires that they use pre fabed, and then the lead added, or do they make them on site at the company?

Location: Chicago IL. | I use Cabelas`s quick change bottom bouncers. The weight changes easily when needed.

Location: upper michigan | You can buy pre formed wires or you can go to your local hardware store and buy piano wire and bend your own. |

Location: Westland, Mich. | a lot of guys including myself make our own bouncers. i do them up to 5 ounces. do-it makes molds for bouncers up to three oz and i bought a blank mold to make my 4 and 5's. check this site http://www.bottombouncers.com/ for bouncers up to 8 oz. the prices are reasonable and the bouncers feature an arm that can swing on the main wire. it helps to cut down on the inevitable tangles. |

| Thanks for the info guys. I make my own bucktails for musky fishing, so I'm sure it would be similar as far as the form goes. I was checking on this for a buddie of mine for other reasons than making them for personal use. Thanks again!!!
