Location: Omro,Wi. | Been there done that.Thats what everybody says about things.Well have you ever been LooN-Fishing? All you need is a River,a Couple of Loons, some good 10lb. Berkly line on a Bank-Pole with a good drag.Start by throwing out a river rig, tipped with a shiner.Wait a hour or so,and hope some Loons swim buy.You have to have youe line in the right place,or they may not get tangled in it,and you go home empty. After you catch them, the fun starts,(it helps not to have trees along the bank) just pull them down from the sky,sit on them while you try and cut the line with the knife you left in the house.Never mind the Chocolate Lab(Saylor by name) that wants to play with it,after all you trained it to fetch ducks. Now once you get ahold of the Loon, carry your pole the duck, and of course the lab tangled in the line ,to the house(where you left your knife) Cut the dog loose first, this makes it easier to handle the really ticked of duck.Next do not test how sharp your knife is, on your hand.If it cut the dog loose it is sharp enough!Once again sit on the duck, cut the line loose(you should probably Go Outside Before you do this). They don't like being in houses. After you catch the duck(again) take it out side and put it gently on the ground (CPR),and it will join the other two.Try this next time you get bored,it really is a lot of fun!

I haven't got a loon ........yet.
(well they are always in the boat fishing with me)
Often worry that they are going to get hooked while diving around the boat begging for dead minners.
Seagulls, cranes, mallards, and muskrat.
Got many of these.
At least the duck left you.
Last one I got stayed in the boat for a hour and crapped every where.
Greenhead, got Him on a thunderstick, mid air.
