Location: Oshkosh,WI | Fisher's First Opening weekend in the boat was more exciting for me than it was for him and I hardly caught a fish. Instead, I made sure his bobbers were in the right spot and his hooks were tied on tight. He is only 2....I cant expect him to tie hooks on yet .
We caught a ton of crappies and kept a few for a couple of meals. They bit very well with the warm weather and hopefully it does not get too cold this week to shut them back off.
We took some pictures, through them in the Tumble Drum and cutted them up as Fisher put it.
For you guys that have kids you know what it feels like...Even if you dont have any kids, take the neighbors kids or call your nearest Big Brothers/Sister and get set up to take em out. It is way more rewarding having them catch fish and get all wet inside the livewell than it is to be out there by yourself...
