Location: Rhinelander | Thursday brought temps in the 30's here with a forecast high of 45 today. This ought to get the big walleyes going up here with turnover happening in a couple days max. What happens to your fish where you chase walleyes when the big chill of October comes calling? What adjustments do you make in your overall presentation?

![]() Member Posts: 2680 Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | Today it is cloudy/windy and 67 degrees air temp near Saginaw Bay. If the Bay water gets to mid to low 50's by the full moon this month, I'll hit the man-made island one night during it. If it does not, they will most always be there by the full moon in November. There will also be fish in the river itself by then, but usually the smaller ones first. Then by late November/early December, the bigger fish will be in the river and possibly up the Tittabawassee. Both night and day will produce then. ![]() Edited by walleye express 10/6/2005 1:45 PM
