Anyone know how to transfer information from 1 lake master chip to another... I hate to lose my best year ever of Walleye fishing. I have close to 250 marks from 05.

Skeeter,

Your marks are stored on the GPS hardware, not the Lakemaster chip. Buy a blank mmc card and save your waypoints to the blank chip then put the chip into the new unit.

Another option is a software program like Easy GPS (http://www.easygps.com/). You will need a card reader to transfer waypoints onto a pc and then to another chip.

P Skeeter,

If you'd like bring your unit over to your brothers some time and a blank chip, or I could bring a blank chip if need be. I'll show you exactly how to do it.
