Location: Rhinelander | Day two leader Triton /Mercury Pro Steve Bohn was confident his bite will hold. "I am a little nervous, but once I hit about 60 or 61 miles and hour in that Triton that will all be gone," Said Mr. Bohn in a WalleyeFIRST radio inrerview this morning. Second place Yar Craft/Mercury Pro Tom Kemos was also confident in his bite. Tom has had the statistical advantage of consistent good weights with out the benefit of a 'kicker'. Third through fifth are just one fish out, so the PWT Super Pro final weigh in promises to be exciting. It was in the high 20's before dawn today, but the sun is warming the area quickly. Winds are light out of the North West, a weather feature with which both Bohn and Kemos were delighted. Many feel the leaders may be done fishing by noon, but will be held back from weighing until most of the field is in. Stay with WalleyeFIRST for Final Day coverage of the PWT Super Pro in Chamberlain, South Dakota. Location: Rhinelander | The weigh in was as exciting as was expected, and contrary to comments elsewhere the crowd was pretty good for a small community in South Dakota on a Friday evening ( see pictures). Bob Probst Jr. took home the first PWT Super Pro trophy and $55000 in cash and prizes. " I thought I could get a few good fish today, maybe a couple over 19 or 20, and take second or third. I never expected this," he said on stage. " I'm still in shock." The bite tailed off a bit for some, but the overall weigh in reflected a fairly steady numbers game that was as much strategy as to which fish to keep when as catching fish in the first place. Tommy Kemos, finishing in 5th, said he threw back a number of 17" fish shooting for 18" minimum for the basket, and realized at 3 PM he only had one fish. A a result, he weighed a couple smaller fish, in an attempt to swing for the fence and a win. Look for the final picture album to be ready to view tonight.
