How full should the liquid lube be in a cool hub system? Does it need to be 3/4 full on the outside window? Just changed the inner seals but don't know exactly how full it should be.

On my 2003 trailer it was full to the top. On my 2006, it is 3/4 full. In discussions with my dealer, that is the way it should be.
Take care,
Jim

Has anybody had trouble with the oil leaking out and the bearing overheating. On our 06' we have a problem. It looks milky.

I would imagine you have called your dealer on this in that it is likely still under warranty. If it is milky, I would drain it and refill, but if you are overheating, it sounds like you have too much water and it damaged the bearings.
Take care,
