Location: Manitowoc, WI | If you are moving farther North, I would suggest getting closer to Bay De Noc. However, if you are open to different directions, Green Bay would be my first choice. |

| You aren't going to beat Green Bay as a "centralized" locatiuon to get to the bay or to the Winnebago chain... |

Location: McFarland, WI | There is a lot of good walleye fishing in Vilas and Oneida counties but trolling opportunities are limited. It requires more jigging and rigging but the fish can be just as big. The deep clear water lakes have the bigger fish.

| I like the lakes around Minoqua. Kowabunga(Kowagasaga) is one of my favorites, and there is some great flowage fishing up there. Get a hold of Kurt Justice @

Kurt's a great guy, and will spill the beans on the area lakes up there.
I'm sure Steve Worrall will have some input on the Rhinelander area lakes, too. Or maybe Sue will, seeing as how she kicks Steve's butt all over when they are after eyes and panfish! |
