| Wind was rough, and would blow us off a drift in a second if we werent all over the trolling motor. But when we hit fish buddy and I were both into them. But soon as we reloaded worm or unhooked fish we would be off the drift and work to find it again. Vertical jigging with crawler, color of jig did not seem to matter.
Caught alot of fish, but 7 between 15-19 with only one being under 16

| Kevin,
Did you guys find a good spot on the chanel, or did you drift by some stumps? |

| That was along the south west side, what others refer to as the Dyke. Between Cat tail island and the dam...... it was nothing more than fishing at about 20 ft right along the drop off. But if we got snagged up on some structure of some sort we caught fish.
We werent properly prepared, we needed marker buoys. It was so rough we missed alot of fish as well. |
