| New 1890 owners with Mercs: What bolt hole do you have your motor mounted in? What props are performing the best for you? How is the hole shot, ride, and top end with your set-up? Thanks for any notes to compare. |

| I don't have mine yet, and it will probably have Evinrudes on it, when I do get it. However, I did spend a lot of time in Zach's boat earlier this year. 200 HP Opti. The prop was a 23 Tempest, I believe. Not sure exactly which hole, but I think it was one down from the top. The hole shot was very good, and to speed was 57+ when I drove it. It seemed like you really needed to drive the boat with the trim. I don't think the Tempest prop had enough bow lift. I think Steve is running a Rev 4 on his, and it performs really good. Not so touchy with the trim, and good bow lift. Not sure if it's a 21 or a 23 pitch.
Does you dealer have demo props? If so, I'd start with the Rev 4, and the Tempest, and compare them. |

| STeve is running a 21 HIGH 5 now, and Zach was running a 21 tempest and I do believe now it is a 23 High 5.
I am hoping to get more info on the new Enertia, I may try that one

| 200 Opti one hole up from bottom 23 High Five or 21 Tempest Plus 57-61 mph depending on load hole-shot excellent with both props 5600 RPM WOT haven't had enough time on the H5 yet but initial thoughts are it may be a slightly better all around prop for this boat based upon limited use - need to get it in some nasty water for final judgement. |

| Sorry to sound dumb, but by one from the bottom do you mean one hole from being bottomed out or one hole from being all the way up? So, if you number the 5 holes from #1 - #5 starting at the top hole being #1 and the bottom hole being #5, which # should the bolts be in. Thanks for all the help. |

Location: Fremont, Wisconsin | 1890 in stock, 200 opti-max 2 hole from the top as Zach said. We currentl have a Rev 4 21" pitch. I drove this with 10 gals gas and 2 large guys. No batteries, or kicker or anything and had 65.6 on the hand held gps. The hole shot was good, to great, the boat handled well. It felt like it was riding on rails. The prop gives good transom lift and at the same time it holds its nose stiff in the wind. This same prop on the 2060 wants to push the nose down. I am thinking this will be the prop of choice, but would be nice to try it when ma nature rears her head again. |

| Stacker is right, the revolution 4 is an amazing prop for most walleye boats, it can really get the boat up on top of the waves while still keeping the bow down to cut through them, it works great on my 1760. |
