I want something waterproof, windproof, and able to withstand those super cold days on the river. Lately been using my goosehunters 1 piece, with good thin rain gear on top. I already look like the michelan man, so these added layers just increase the bulk. I need to move around the G3 smoothly, like "butta".

Member Posts: 744 | Mark- Did you fish in the Trap Attack? I was there also. I have the Gander Guidewear (5 years now?) My bibs are starting to get a little less waterproof, but still pretty good. I've never used the insulated, but I do like the light weight of mine and as John said, the ability to layer what you want underneath. I have heard nothing but good things about the Ice Armor, including the gloves. Dave S

Saturday ate at the VFW in North Freedom. They had a walleye dinner for 7.50. 6 pieces of fish, coleslaw, beans, ice creams, refreshements, rolls, and mac/cheese. Hit the spot.
