After a lot of discussion with my co-organizer Denny, I thought I'd ask the board for opinions on a time frame for the event. One option is for a short day, say 5 - 6 hours in hopes people who come can stay for the entire event. The other option is for a longer day of at least 8 hours and repeat the panel discussion topics with a morning and afternoon schedule, seperated by our key note speakers. There's lots of posatives to both. Some what the classroom atmosphere and get it all. Some may not be able to make the morning round of information but the afternoon is best. Others may only be able to get away for a few hours oin the morning. Since the bulk of the attendees come from this area nad frequent this board, I thought I'd ask.
