| I fish a league here in western MN that seems to have a problem of losing teams. When I first started fishing this league there were 15 teams every Tuesday night, this year it is down to nine. Alot of people that I talk to say "Oh, I would fish if it wasnt so far to drive, or I would but some people take it to serious." Keep in mind this is the only lake within the area but there is also only one resort on this lake which is 25 miles from town? We host the league at that resort for simplicity purposes. I am on the club that hosts this league but I also seem to be the only one worried about the turnout!!! Do we move the weigh in to a landing closer to town and tough out the bugs and rain to satisfy the people that would maybe join...Or do we suffer with the 9 teams? Just looking to see if any of you guys have any suggestions? |
