Wow... what a tournament..... 29.10 lbs to cash a check and in 2006 the winning weight was 27.08 WITH 12 FISH!

On Saturday, the first team without a 5 fish limit was in 244th place.

Looking back, Tyee was right on the money.... re: weighing 15" fish. You'd do just as well taking a 0 if you were going to weigh (5) 15"ers. We were pitching 17"-18" fish because we couldn't get the weight we needed and we still placed 2lbs out of the money. Absolutely incredible fishing, and after fishing this system for 20 years, I was blown away by how hot the troll bite was. Keeping 3 boards in the water was a constant challenge.

It seemed like everywhere we went we were catching good fish... not pigs 23"-26", but a lot in that 19"-21" range.

Was wondering what happened to Ordway in the Otter Street? I guess we know where he was (was not) fishing in the merc.
