I've received a few emails, pm's and phone calls from guys asking where you can purchase Tommy Harris blades. I've been sending most of you to Tews Two in Oshkosh (they also have a web page where you can few some of the blades at: http://www.tewstwo.com/store/home.php?cat=65&sort=orderby&sort_dire... ). You'll need to stop in and see the new hatchet blades, They only show one on their web page. The hatchets are incredible and you'll never see so many patterns in this style of blade.

I have also discovered another great source at Franks, http://www.franksgreatoutdoors.com/items.asp?id=1100&page=1&manufac... This web page shows over 60 of Tommy's great blades. As a side note, they are also selling Eyeliminator rigs at: http://www.franksgreatoutdoors.com/items.asp?id=1097&page=1&manufac... Most of the rigs shown are from their original patterns. If you want to see more, especially those patterns with Tommy Harris blades check out: http://eyeliminator.com/aboutus.html

Hope this helps. I know that those of you in Michigan have known about Frank's for some time but many of us in other states are not as well versed about their great offerings. . My recent road trip included a stop at Frank's and I was very very impressed with the store and those working there.

Your right on the money there dennis. Few other stores in any area can brag about 3 generations of family members continually stocking equipment, gear and every facit of fishing and hunting supplies that the sportsmen themselves want and ask for. And now these same people own the old Hoyles Marina and are quickly gaining the same helpful reputation there as well. I've been honored myself these last few years being involved with these fine people and having a share in doing their fishing reports.

The Holiday station in Waupun has Tommy Blades also. Not as big as the selection at Tews but OK. (You have to ask for them 'cause they are kept behind the counter.)

I have been using Tommy's blades for several years now. Second to none IMHO. They work very well. Tommy has been working with the Eyeliminator company here in Michigan and they together have come up with a harness you wouldn't believe. I have to admit at first when Eyeliminators came out I didn't have faith in the bigger spoon. After giving them a fair soak here on Saginaw Bay my faith in them changed 100%. Since Eyeliminator has come out with their new style harnesses with Tommy Harris blades on them OH BOY. Always have them out there now. I just love them. Just fished a tournament this weekend and over half the fish came on them. Skeeter

Oh my, Dennis. Those things rock! Some of those colors got my Erie Walleye tackle fetish going big time.

Do the Tommy Harris blades come in sizes smaller than #5s?? The only size I saw at Tew's were #5s and I bought bunch that produced well for me out in the mud on Bago, but I troll the reefs a lot and generally use #2 & #3s there -- the bigger blades don't seem to connect as well on the reefs. I'd like to put some of those color schemes to work on the reefs but can't find the size I want.

Tommy is an awsome guy, he will fill just about any reasonable order you place to him..

just tell them what size and what body of water or where you are fishing and he will dial you in with a "tricked out" assortment.
