| Been told this is because of some old treaty or agreement to keep the gauge height at 2.5 ft or lower. Is this true?, who is responsible for this, DNR, Army Corps of Engineers?.
We need more water to be held in the river. |

| Rich, I'm sure the river is coming up, but the bulk of the rain went south of Wolf River Basin. We can use a LOT more water in this area. |

Location: Berlin | That sucks. The river is Oshkosh looked a bit high as I went over the bridge this morning. I guess they are predicting more rain this week. Hopefully we get it in the right areas. |
