just got back from factory to pick up my new tuffy 1890 osprey dw 2008 demo boat, with a mercury, 200 opti max and 9.9 pro kicker, this is one sweet ride, will have pics tomorrow, this boat looks like it is going 60mph standing still, the boat is flawless, great job steve bendal and the guys at fiberdome/ tuffy boats, and also mr marine for a great rigging job, i am a fussy person, the boats fit and finish and rigging is perfect ,colors are blue jewel/ gunmetal, this is a great color combo, anyone interested in a demo ride, e-mail me at [email protected] mike lewis tuffy factory rep for the dakotas/ montana.

I'm still intrigued about having a full windshield. Maybe next boat! i've got the same exact boat: 1890 DW w/Opti and kicker...great setup all the way around. congrats and i'm sure you'll love it! every time i go out i think about how much i like the windshield and how little impact it has on fishability. it's really all upside with no downside.

Member Posts: 1040 Location: Stevens Point, WI | I'm running the 1760 with the full windshield and love it just as much. I love the shorter length for some of these landings up north here where getting a boat that size in right now is darn near impossible in some lakes. Only if I lived near bigger water! But yes, nice rig and good color combo! Oh, nice choice on motors! Edited by Merckid 8/15/2007 8:58 PM
