Which WFer's are heading to Moline? Got my packet yesterday. I'm going! Heading out right after the Green Bay MWS tourney.

I'll be there. I wish they would have cleared up the willowcat situation a bit better in the packet. All they basically said was you can use what you want, as long as it it legal. With all the state and federal VHS rules, it is hard to know what that is. They mention buying bait "locally" which is a very relative term.

Looking forward to getiing down there for the championship. Does anybody know the condition of the river after the recent rains? I was considering heading down this weekend, but not quite shure about the water level.

According to the press release and the locking schedule, apparently we are allowed to fish pool 13 also? There are 3 locks mentioned in the schedule. According to the FLW website, we can fish pools 14, 15, 16, which would only mean 2 locks would be needed. Am I missing something, or is the website wrong?

You can fish 14, 15, 16 and 17. That would be three locks LD 15 and 14 upstream and LD 16 downstream

Shep,
Rick is fishing it, and I'll be helping him prefish. I'm also doing coverage for that "other" site at this one too.

I hope WF is there to cover it...the more the merrier, I say!

You gonna let me know about those hotspots, seeing as how you are not going to prefish? Again!

As an FYI, we can fish 4 pools, and the lock schedule is correct. Locks 14, 15, 16. That means pools 14, 15, 16, and 17 are open to fishing the tournament.
