Subject: LMS 522CI AND X510C

I have a LMS 522 CI, I want to install a X510C right next to it. I know i can unplug the sonar cord from the back of the 522 and plug it into the 510 but what else does this require? I want to have one screen full sonar (x510c) and one screen full chartplotter (lms522).

Not exactly sure what you mean by what else does this require? Your 510 is only a sonar, so hook that transducer up to that unit, and use the 522 as your gps. Nothing much else to do. You should be up and running once you get things hooked up, nothing special to it.

I GUESS WHAT I TRIED ASKING WAS CAN I UNPLUG THE SONAR CORD FROM THE LMS522C AND PLUG IT IN TO THE 510C. THEY BOTH USE THE SAME TRANSDUCER. IT WOULD SAVE ME TO NOT HAVE TO PUT ANOTHER TRANSDUCER ON THE BACK. AS FAR AS POWERING IT UP I GOT THAT MUCH FIGURED OUT. THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE.
