Location: DeForest, WI | Have any of you ever had issues with over filling-
I have had a problem 3 times with this, where I am assuming that the gas in coming out the vents on the top of my tank.
I had an appointment today to get the tank pressure checked, but talking with some other guys this seems to be something that does happen commonly? I ended up cancelling due to the insights, as they wanted $100 just for the pressure check.
I am going to clean and spray out the bilge area this afternoon to get the film out.
Is there any suggestions any of you have.
The Boat is a PolarKraft 178TC- Specs say 26 GAL tank. But I would bet its actually 25 or smaller and that is why I am having this issue from time to time.
Can't trust the sending unit.
Thanks-

I will check that out as well. I was figuring on pulling up at least my access holes and taking a peak.
I noticed it here 2 weeks ago fishing just after filling up. That is usually when I do end up with the fuel issue is right after filling. I must be filling her just a little to much.
