| 23p Tempest prop on a 200 Opti
trimmed up as far as it will go (but not into the tilt obviously) at WOT, down a bit for more bite going into the turns
at WOT it's running 5400 rpms, so it's a bit under the motor's suggested max of 5750
motor is mounted in the second hole (1 above, 3 below), so it's the second deepest mounting height. i'm going to try it in the 3rd/middle hole (one higher) later this summer to see if i can get those extra 300rpms.
i carry a lot of weight in the boat: 2 anchors, 10 rod/reels, 2 full muskie tackle boxes, trolling lures/gear in the rear storage, rain gear, 5 planos of soft plastics, cooler full of soda and ice, usually a half-full livewell, kicker motor, etc.
so the difference between one or two fishermen doesn't really seem to matter much, though it's a bit more agile in the turns once you burn off some of the gas and lose the weight from that.
