Just got back from a charity golf, fishing, and trap shoot outing put on by Doc Kunz and Dale Stroschein.
This was my first experience attending the Fish, Sticks and Stones Outdoor Challenge and I was extremely impressed. It was a riot and a true learning experience because of all the Pro’s that made themselves available and accessible to all of us there. I was in heaven because I was able to sit down and talk fishing and about life in general with people like Keith Kavajecz, Daryl Christensen, Eric Naig, Mark Martin, Mike Gofron, Johnnie Candle, Tommy Skarlis, Dale Stroschein, Tony Puccio, Scott Golden, Bruce DeShano, John Kolinski, Mark Brumbaugh, and Jimmy Klick. (I apologize to those who were there and I missed)
The Fish, Sticks and Stones Outdoor Challenge was a HUGE success because of the professionalism and generosity of these people. I was extremely impressed with all of the guys who rode up a on a bus from Red Wing and gave up a day of prefishing for the RCL championship. NOW, that’s class.
