Location: Rhinelander | Record Registrations for NPAA Annual Conference Jan. 5-7
Forestville, WI-Nearly 400 anglers interested in creating or advancing their career in the fishing industry have registered for the Jan. 5th-7th National Professional Anglers Association (NPAA) 2018 Annual Conference at Chula Vista Water Park and Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Registration for the event closed December 28th.
"The 2018 theme is 'The Journey to Professional,' and we're looking forward to building on last year's extremely successful conference", said Pat Neu NPAA Executive Director. "Attendance will be up nearly 40% this year and we couldn't be happier and our partner booths for the show area will also be up over 50%", Neu went on to say.
Neu explains the conference combines educational seminars, breakout sessions, keynote speakers, professional panels and NPAA partner displays with ample time to visit with industry leaders, plus time to network with peers and potential business allies. He added, "This event allows anglers who pursue all species of fish to network and learn about how to step up their game as an angling professional."
This year's featured speakers are 4-time Bassmaster Classic Champion Kevin VanDam and legendary angler and media guru Al Lindner. The content-rich itinerary also includes a full slate of in-depth presentations on topics ranging from taxes and record keeping, to social media, sponsor relations and the newest trends in marine electronics. The conference also features a Future Anglers Foundation benefit banquet, built into the Saturday evening schedule.

Neu said, "This annual event is a can't miss event for our nearly 1100 members and our ever increasing number of partners. We have locked in on our dates for the 2019 NPAA Conference, slated to take place on January 4-6th at a location to be announced in the near future. Mark those dates down and be prepared for another can't miss event."
