I have caught some of these here in Wisconsin, up In a single lake near the family cottage.
Even had some in the live well when checked in creel count three different days.
Was told they were blue walleyes.
And they were blue, steel gray and longer than the golden eyes in the lake.
Hope they are still out there, would love to have them back in the great lakes.
