Went out last night for a couple of hours 6:30-9:00 started out off the winn cty landing in the center and headed her north.1 14" fish in the first hour so I continued to switch baits every 10 min. and finally had the hot bait figured out.Purple fire tiger t-stick 100ft back and I just happened to have 3 of them in my box.In the hour the fish bit I manged to get 3 keepers in the boat along with the usual small fish and a white bass.Lost a couple of decent fish behind the boat.I was using some sharper s turns and it seemed to make a difference.Tried slower and faster speeds and no bites so I continued with the s turns. The fish would hit just as the board was speeding forward.I tried a lot of baits in differing colors and types.I was alone so the process was kind of like this.Get 3 boards out and after the first one was out 10 min or so switch that bait and then continue this with each board on a continuus basis until a color that got 2 fish on was found.I had a hard time switching baits this soon but time was not on my side as the sun was setting. After the sun went down so did the bite 2-2.2mph seemed to be the best speed.
